Dan Romriell is the founder and managing partner of Romriell Investment Company (RIC), a real estate investment firm headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Dan's real estate journey began before most people his age had even considered investing. At just 18 years old — before graduating high school — he purchased his first home, planting a seed that would grow into a lifelong passion and career. Progress was steady rather than overnight. Dan built his portfolio one property at a time, driven by a relentless commitment to learning through books, mentors, and hands-on experience. That same discipline and long-term mindset is the foundation of everything Romriell Investment Company stands for today.
Over more than 20 years, Dan has worked across multiple real estate strategies — landlording, fix-and-flip, wholesaling, and commercial flex/industrial properties — giving him a ground-level understanding of how properties perform, what drives value, and how to identify opportunity where others see problems.
Today, Dan's primary focus is multifamily apartment syndication — partnering with investors to acquire, reposition, and manage apartment communities in Oklahoma, Texas, and strong nationwide growth markets. He brings the same work ethic, discipline, and hands-on approach to multifamily that has defined his career across every asset class.
Dan is a proud father of three grown children and is rooted in the Oklahoma City community. He believes in doing business with integrity, building long-term relationships, and creating real value for every partner and investor he works with.
